On Mar 2 '07, The Commerce Department of the US issued it's final determination of sales at less than fair market value of activated carbon. Due to this final ruling the import tariffs have increased dramatically. Unfortunately most suppliers passed this major increase to distributors, and this needs to pass on to consumers.
